Forming your daily declarations

I've given you plenty of time to jot down your needs and wants for the rest of your life (to be truthful, I got sidetracked and it took me this long to get back here!).

So, let's begin.

Take your physical and personal wants and put each in a sentence which confirms that you are already in possession of them. Let's say you want a new car. Begin with: I own a (name of vehicle) and add to the sentence every attribute or add-on you can detail. Do the same with every item on your list.

You will read your list, out loud, every morning, when you wake up and every night, just before you go to sleep.

As you read the list, take the time to visualize each item, down to each minute detail.

Basically, that is the drill.
